Insurers and regulators are starting to ask for records like this.
02Why it matters
Policy on AI use exists. The record keeping does not.
Regulators are moving toward documented disclosure of AI use in work product. The EU AI Act's transparency obligations applied from 2 August 2026, with penalties up to EUR 15M or 3% of worldwide turnover. AI agents now take actions inside companies with no record of who approved them. Policy exists. The record keeping does not.

- No. It is on the Roadmap: it is planned and no record is issued yet, so there is no account to sign in to. Register interest and we will tell you when a pilot opens.
- Does it decide whether AI use was allowed?
- No. It will record what happened and who approved it. Your people decide.
- Which rules is it for?
- Rules that ask for documented disclosure of AI use, such as the transparency obligations in the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50). Each entry will be mapped to your own policy.
